LoL Board Policy On Helping Users Avoid Scams

I really think these boards need to update their policy on what is allowed to be posted. For example I just posted a topic/alert about a scam site, anyone reading the topic would realize that the topic wasn't going to scam anyone, but, actually help people avoid the scam.

It was then deleted and linked to the "universal rules": Phishing & Scamming. Stating that I need to read them before I post again. However, the rule states nothing about alerting users of scam sites (it says you can't scam people, aka, bait someone into a trap, etc, which I didn't do)...

On-top of that if you search the forms you gets many scam site alerts like the following: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/kQpG06Ag-scam-alert-riotpromotionscom-scam-alert

These types of posts help users a lot. The one above has 1.2k views, and up-voted, I bet a lot were saved from being scammed by it. Personally, when I have suspicions about a site, I search the official LoL forums here to see if other users got scammed. Finding nothing here makes the site look more legit.

The particular site I tried to alert people of seems to be scamming people every day based on their facebook, and is very well made (it even made me scratch my head for a little bit). Making a post here for people to see would of helped dozens or maybe even hundreds of people avoid being scammed... great help to the community LoL forum moderators. Also the mod who deleted my topic even mentioned that my post wasn't scamming anyone, his personal view was that "Player Support" could handle the issue better than the "Miscellaneous" forum, like "player support" can do anything at all about remoing the site, or informing the community that the site is indeed a scam...

Well, maybe this was just a single mods mis-understanding of the universal rules, and if not, hopefully the boards get their act together about this issue. Maybe even make a specific board about it where people can post scam alerts if that makes it better.
