Still not entirely sure how S ranks work..
So just finished up a game. I thought I played very well and was hoping for my S rank box, but alas I only got an A+ however, the karma and heim got S ranks. why didn't I? :/ not sure how the system works

goes by team participation = if you get someone fed or save someone with a shield or w/e you get points towards S I've gotten tons of S ranks from playing off meta champs support but cant seem to get S Rank playing them normally
Two major things to take into consideration:
- The champion you are playing.
- The position you are playing that champion.
It then compares you to all other players of that specific Champion/Role combination to get a generalization of where Mastery scores would fall in the rating scale. This is kinda why playing something like 
support can easily net you a S rank of any kind (I personally don't do this just trying to make a good example) since there would be very few Malzahar Support players for you to be compared to.
