I just received Freljord Ashe as a mystery gift for my participation during team-up week.

The description said that since I already unlocked every champion I would instead get this skin.

The little portrait between Ekko and Ezreal is still greyed out.

RIP Elise, you are demoted to a minion now.

I'm pretty sure the way it went was that if you have less than 10 champs left to buy, they just give you a skin.

The requirement for eligibility for a mystery champion is:

You must have at least 10 champions worth more than 520 RP that you do not own.

This applies to self-mystery champs, mystery gift champs given by friends, and Riot's mystery gift champs.
