Why you keep deleting my post of this cuz it make sense. Your wanting money from us but you don't give the thing your promoting. That could be under false advertisement But like i said before it still make no sense to come out with a URF skin if your not going to have that event.

False advertisement? Really? They were not promoting URF mode, it's a whole event that URF was a part of for 2 years; it is not the event. They will start the Rotating Game Modes when they are ready, and not before.
Uhhhh, Urf Tahm is an homage to Urf the Manatee (even though it's ugly) and it is NOT based on the game mode called U.R.F.
There are four other champs who share the same Manatee theme: Nami, Fizz, Warwick and Corki.
Just give it up. There are more things that are important then to waste time complaining on a forum to keep getting deleted.
