Does Riot EVER really careabout/listen to the boards?

Yeah, sure, they OCCASIONALLY listen, and sometimes the community fucks up (cough cough skarner rework), but those xin buffs... why? There were at LEAST ten front page threads that week calling for the madness to stop... but nope...
