Did idiot riot adjust the XP bars again?

I remember when they cut it in HALF, I was level 23 and all I had to do was win about 3 games to level up. Right now I'm on a level 24 with an xp boost and it's going to be about 6 wins to go up 1 level. This is pure cancer, I can't take this anymore. It's actual mental torture to have to play like this.
