UI Scaling For Higher Resolution Computers

A problem I've found with the resolution feature in settings is that things become incorrectly sized when over 1920x1200. As someone who has recently bought a 3840x2160 resolution laptop, I think it would be great to have a UI scaling for higher resolution computers. It's a simple fix changing my laptop resolution and in-game resolution to 1920x1080 when I play, but I have to change it back to normal when I'd like to do something else. Not a big problem, but a small inconvenience nonetheless.

When you turn the resolution to something higher than 1920x1200, it becomes somewhat unplayable. The cursor, names, health bars, settings menu, item shop, and minimap icons all become small and hard to see. This can make it hard to target enemy champions or even last minions, and trying to play definitely strains your eyes.
