Can we get a League Messenger?!

Rito, i thinks it about time we add a League Messsenger. An app, or website or a whatever-the-hell that lets us talk to our friends or teams without having to log into league. I always hate it when i want to duo with my friend in ranked, and I log on to find out he's not even online . So my idea is to solve this kind of problem, so you can just message him, and ask him to duo with you. He says he isn't on, and it saves me the trouble of logging into league for now reason. Just an idea, but i would really like to see it happen. Thanks Rito
