This is the most absurd Rioter comment I have ever heard.
We disable champions if they're so bugged or overpowered that they need to be hotfixed. In this case while the bug does give Yasuo a significant amount of extra power, and fixing it was a major priority for the next patch, it didn't push his performance beyond what we consider the acceptable limit for a 2 week period. As a result we left him enabled.
I'm not going to say who it is, as that is "naming and shaming" of course, but the person who wrote this should be easy to find.
Straight to the point. So this comment was made on a Yasuo thread regarding why he hasn't been disabled yet, and I find this comment extremely ignorant and it just shows how much Riot is disconnected from their player base.

Yasuo isn't too bugged, but he certainly is overpowered. He has been pushing 55% winrates and on one day he even hit 60% winrate in ENUE. Already you can see just how absurd this comment is.

Seems sort of reasonable, as he is going to be fixed in 2 weeks or so, but I find this 2 week duration hard to believe. Riot has been working on the Master Yi bug ever since and it still hasn't been fixed. I highly doubt that this bug will be fixed in 2 weeks. If I'm wrong, whatever. If I'm right however, this has huge implications on how Rioters respond to their customers. It makes it so they are basically lying to us.
Another comment made by the same Rioter was also on the post.
Acceptable till the next patch versus acceptable longer term are things we treat pretty differently. Statistically at least we'll generally be looking at hotfixes if a champs in the high fifities or above. That's not to say there isn't some real pain and problems sometimes with champions below that, hotfixes have risk associated with them (changes to servers while they're live, less testing time) though that mean it's only appropriate to use them pretty sparingly.
I don't have too many problems with this comment, except for this part:

No shit hotfixes have some problems to them, you practically made Yasuo premabanned in all of my games with your hotfix. This also adds doubt to wether the Yasuo bug will be fixed in 2 weeks or not. However, even if the bug is fixed, will we see another arise? That's my real concern. That just make break the game.
I won't be suprised if this post is removed due to the amount of criticism there is in it. Not to mention Riot doesn't want people to talk shit about them.
