Anybody else think Hextech should implement a trading feature?

Hextech is a rather interesting concept, you're basically playing the lottery and seeing what you get. Either through purchasing with RP, or just casually playing the game with new champs and doing well with them.

The one thing that bothered me however, is how I got skins my friends desperately wanted, and I have no interest in, and I'm stuck with them (I won't reroll a legacy I don't own). I was wondering what it'd be like to trade skin shards,.. maybe you have a skin somebody wants, and they have a skin they already own and are willing to give up that you want. It doesn't necessarily stop players from having to get chest and get more shards, as they need good shards worthy of trading, and they need the essence to disenchant to enchant their traded materials.

It's a thought, I feel like it has no drawbacks but I'd like to hear the community's thoughts on whether or not it's a good idea that should be looked into. Hextech is a promising feature, and it honestly seems like riot still has big plans for what they want to do with it, but don't know what exactly to do with it, heck when it first came out, riot took over a month just thinking how to tie in champ mastery in the system. Clearly there is room for better things that hextech would need to be more "fair" right?
