Looking for active duo's

I am currently S5 ended last season at S1. I play far above this level of play, however, do not like, or trust yolo queue.
You can look at my match history and see how well I do. I am looking for active duo's between S5 and G3 or so to push for plat with. I am typically on every day, and open to whatever roll, but my most proficient are adc / mid / support. I want duo's who are accountable and don't throw blame, people who play to improve their game along side climb rank.
