Bronze, The Bane Of My Existence T_T

Imagine.....sitting at your computer/laptop after a hard days work, getting all ready to play an exciting game of league! Though instead of normal's, you decide to go play ranked, however your only in bronze division. It's okay though, it'll still be fun! . . . Or maybe not. Instead of a nice, competitive game filled with roses and rainbows, you get a feeder. Or an afk. Or a troll. Or even perhaps two people who think "Duo Jungle" is a splendid idea! I just find it hard to find a good game in ranked, and I love it when I do find a good game with good teammates. But I've been curious, are other divisions like this?
