Starting Runes Sale

I think it was a really good idea. For a new lvl 30 player the original costs was simply just too much next to the champions what they have to buy. But... my account is lvl 30 now. I didn't buy anything 'till 2 weeks ago. I was interested how much money i get. So, it was enough for:

• A name change
• 5 champion (with only one 6300)
• Starter runes.

As i told it was a great idea, but if i would wait this patch i would have +7600 ip, i could buy 1-2, even 3 champion. I guess nothing will happen with people like me, i just want to ask: no one will get back ip?
