Mastery System Question.

Does Anyone know the requirements of getting an S on the new system?

every time ive tried to achieve this S id get a' or something like after 2 deaths it would drop down to an A rank.... so I was curious if there was any type of math to the system to know when u wont be able to get the S after a game
