I didn't get my summoner icon yet, and I've completed Doombots Teemoing... My friends that I beat it with got the icon, but I didn't get one?

They can take up to 2 weeks, after Novenber 3rd, to show up.

and what about the second pumpkin icon? i gifted someone while there was Halloween in store still so that means it was during the event, am i right?
