Dear Riot I am just honestly curious about lag after every patch....

I am just curious about how the servers can be more laggy, buggy, and other various negatively impacting effects result after every patch. Its not like you guys are new to this with several years of experience. So what am I not understanding aside changing and/or adding some code to the game? Perhaps it is a rhetorical question since I am sure it is more complicated than my simple assumption. So consider this a free excuse to vent off about some technical issues about patching over the years. I would be interested to hear your reply.
