Champion Price Reductions need to happen for both ultimate, legendary skins, and champion updates

We have too many champions in 6300 IP range.

We have too many in the 4800 IP range.

We have only 12 in 450 IP range.

There needs to be some champion price reductions because eventually, we're going to have 50-60 champions that cost 4800 due to lack of champion repricing.

It's too difficult for new players (even smurfs) to get all the champions. If they are a smurf, they probably started 3 or more years ago, when there were fewer champions.

I would suggest that since we just had DJ Sona and the latest Teemo skin, that we could have one 4800 champion reduction and a 3150 champion reduction.
