Good ways to get knowledge

So I just started playing league a few months ago, and I consider myself to be an okay player mechanically, but from a strategic point of view I'm pretty bad. I have a lot of problems with figuring out how to position myself, where, and when, and often find myself not knowing where I should be at times throughout a game. I was wondering if anybody could give me any help with this, or tell me about any already existing articles or videos that could help. Thanks a lot for helping me out, if you do.
