New discount shop idea

So we've all been there where we get crappy discounts on skins we don't even want or need? Right.

What if Riot made it where you can re-roll your discounts for 150-200 RP.

Riot would lose nothing for this and some summoners could save on this at the same time.

(If you buy any skins from the previous discounts you CAN NOT refresh) So people can't abuse the system, or at least 1 skin.
