A Ton of Suggestions

Okay so basically I really feel League of Legends has been going downhill for me. I'm pretty sure theres plenty of things that can be fixed and it might just be riot is being lazy. So for the first thing I wanted to address was the Game Modes. We only have three games modes regularly and occasionally a new mode that only lasts for a short while. I have no idea why Rito doesn't just keep the game modes everyone likes. Obviously a HUGE majority of players LOVED U.R.F. So why not just keep it? Urf is defintely better than Aram and if people were to vote I'm sure they would choose Urf over Aram. And just a summoner suggestion, I think a game mode where it is free for all would be kind of fun. Make everyone level 18 and have full item builds. Maybe cut that part but any free for all map would seem like a really cool addition to LoL. The second thing I'd like to say is all these changes to League. Even if some things were unbalanced, things were SO much funner when a few champions were minorly unbalanced. AP Master Yi seemed like so much fun to me. And the sad thing is I never got to try it. When Khazix could land all three void spikes on you. That would've been fun to have much more damage. I'm not saying that we can just make everyone op but maybe if we didnt like that Yi could reset his Alpha or Ultimate, we could just do something else about it like nerf the damage on his alpha instead of switching the whole champion out. And this change to the Summoner's Rift. It really looks like a trip place or something. Its too bright its not like the evil murky parts of Runeterra where war is common. The jungle items are just too variated. Just reduce it and honestly four different types of smites is dumb. The red ones already almost useless because the damage is divided into three seconds. The chilling smite is a slow which is actually very helpful. The poaching knife is stupid. And the Purple one heals which is very helpful so we could just reduce it to two smites. The "Crimson Raptors" or wraiths are the powerfulest camp (besides buffs). Dragon has a r%%%%%ed thing where if you're the first target it acquires, even after five seconds its auto will stick to you. It really just needs a faster hit and smaller damage. Third thing is restrictions on me. 35 Normal Drafts is very long to be banned from and especially if you have to win them. Its very excessive and I'm pretty sure this is the beginning debut players are set to. Chat restrictions is allright but honestly it loses communication and you can lose the game because maybe you couldn't discuss the best strategy. I think it should be lowered to one message every three minutes, the amount of games should be reduced heavily and normal drafts should just be abolished completely. Its straight up annoying and very frustrating because it feels like you're wasting so much time. The next thing is maybe we could trade in some IP for RP. A lot of us have already used upwards of 500$ and I would love to feel like I didn't spend that on just virtual money that I used then to buy virtual characters. And IP for RP would be very nice to veteran players because we always have a lot of it. So yeah that's it, this might not be very clear, it is 11:30 at my house and I am a little tired.
