Mutted in Game

Ok i understand the mute some what, but i have been team reported only ( only play 5v5 ranked ) so your telling me that saying noob once in all chat is toxic ? k sure even if so why do i not receive a boarder for next season that seems stupid AF. reported for maybe 5 games top out of the 80 i have played with my ranked 5s team ...... that is just a slap in the face and on top of it all been playing since s1 never had any problems and have yet to change my game attitude im not being down on other players or being a complete dick, why cant i talk trash a little ? its a game not a city hall meeting and the fact that there is no way for me to see the messages that made me get mutted is dumb. on top of all that its a game everything shouldnt be taken so heavy. i believe you guys should focus more on the afk / intent feeding problem because ranked solo que is a joke atm .... There is a big gap in being toxic and making the other team play on tilt.....
