Got Chat restrict on 5.17 with no feedback.

Hi, im Urgod got talent in- game (actually on EUW but saw this linked on Lyte's ask fm and if i changed NA to EUW it returned a bad link)

but to the point: I got a chatrestriction on patch 5.17 very sudden (as always, no warning) and I did not get a reform card or even an email saying I had been chatrestricted (thats supposed to happen now right, or is it only on bans or something?). I was banned for 2 weeks right after the new system came out and I'll admit for that game I was a bit of a d*ck even though It was a bit mild for a 2 week ban (had posted it on reddit and most agreed). So I didn't fight it because I was indeed being rude that game, but now I'm worried that I might lose my season rewards because of this unexplained chat restriction. Since Lyte said the account had to be without punishment for 3 months? I really think that I had improved after my 2 week ban I've barely been flaming though I can remember one game where I let a flamer/troller get under my skin and I've been positive and nice in the majority of my games. Also I'd like to add that I had no punishments on my account prior to season 5 (except way back in season 2 lol )I dont know if my behaviour got worse or if its something else I'd just like someone to look into this if it was justified I'll gladly accept the punishment but I'd really like to know what triggered that as it might mean I will lose my season rewards. I would also like to see the chatlogs I don't mind if they're posted here.
