Riot Product Pricing

Today doing the riot survey on league of legends, I noticed some of the questions were "Riot has fair pricing" / "Riot's products are well worth the RP and IP i spend" and for these i put strongly disagree.

It's not that I don't enjoy purchasing riot's skins, champs, ward skins and the such, i have actually spent over $300 sum dollars on league, gifts for friends and the like as well for myself and gifts from friends. The reason i put strongly disagree is the fact that no, it doesn't seem right that i can spend 1820 rp (over 10 dollars) for a / / / skin, all of which are legacy now, that has no changes to it aside from visual! alien heimer, red baron corki, and so on, all are worth about 520 if you get right down to it, and are some of the most expensive skins in the game! A lot of older skins are unfairly priced, and many new skins are very expensive in of their own.

So why do i spend so much?

It's simple, this is a free game, i grow attached to the characters and to riot as a company and am happy to support them. It is nice to think that this game is a place i can go with characters and champions that i love and grow attached to free of charge, and it actually makes me more open to throwing my money at the computer screen for a skin of looking like he is trying to be in the next FallOut or looking like she is trying to out shine daft punk showing of her assets- er i mean... musical talent... yeah... defiantly not her ass- er...

Basically what I am trying to ask here is, as a community, how do you feel about the prices? Do you feel as I do, that it is nice to support riot and their upkeep of a free game, do you wish the prices were lower? Maybe you think there should be a reward system for long term players?

Personally i would love to see some way for those of us who have supported riot to a large degree to have some sort of bonus, or some way to earn rp now that refer a friend no longer offers such.

I think it would be good if riot lowered the prices of old skins to adjust to their current value, at least some what, so instead of fire fighter being sold for a week out of the year to only be on sale for 975 for one day, maybe the prices could be lower? Maybe all the skins in league should be lower? Stay the same, offer some sort of way to earn RP, what do you all think?
