@RIOT Please read about your Team Management in [CLIENT]

So why is it that after a placement series if you have open spots on your roster, you can not invite anyone to the team for 5 days? This is majorly anti-fun and I don't see a good reason to have it.

It is hard enough to coordinate the schedules of several people to play ranked 5s, and in my case my newly formed team will have someone go on vacation next week, so we need to get a sub. But oh wait, we have to wait 5 days to get a batch of invites because we just finished our 5 game placement series which means we may not be able to play at all without forming a new team entirely (which is pointless - why have 2 teams for the same group of people).

In other words, this is a cumbersome mechanic that detracts from the game and it is making it so we can't play. I'm not going to go out and recruit 9 people before starting placement matches for a team, that is just silly.

So can someone at Riot please explain the reasoning for this limiting 'feature' and why it is so necessary?
