The voice in Summoner's Rift - A new champion?

Has somebody noticed the new female voice that comes up some times? Of course I'm not talking about the announcer - It sounds like she's a new champion, a la Aurelion Sol

I don't remember any of her lines... but if you pay attention, she talks sometimes, like when you enter a game or when you take down a turret (she ISN'T the announcer, so no jokes pls :D)
