Where Are All The Good People At?

About a week ago i couldnt go a single game without getting an awesome team against a very skilled enemy team. Yesterday and Today most of my teams have 0 teamwork, some of them seem to have very little understanding of the game (not just mistakes, its like they don't know what to do). We either get completely stomped with no hope of winning, like 20 and 4 before 15 minutes, or we wait for them to make a mistake and capitalize off of it winning a game we had absolutely no right to win. Ive only had one game where my team was actually stomping. What happened to all those people i enjoyed playing with and against? Please come back, preferably on my team... Im just getting upset i can no longer progress, it seems like my teams are pretty much clueless as to what "Teamwork" is and means...
