LP awarded vs Wins & Losses

I've been recording my game history data, which can be viewed in the linked google spreadsheet.

What I've found over the course of 73 ranked games so far is that the LP awarded is almost exactly the win/loss ratio.

That is to say, if player history is a 1/3 win-rate then average award is 2/3 LP for wins and 1/3 LP for losses, which is a stationary position.
