League friends app (FOR iPAD)

Are they going to make the League for friends app for iPad users. There are some people who don't own a phone. Please don't tell me to download the League for friends app(for iPhone) on my iPad, I hate apps that are made for iPhone and then I get it on my pad, it looks horrible.
