Weird chat thing that happened awhile back

I was thinking about this bug that happened to me and my friend like 4 months ago. We were in a lobby on the new client and someone dodged. In the lobby we had the chat and in the chat was from what we assumed was the lobby from each persons game or something. We were talking to so many people in the chat. I figured this could be something cool if riot was able to implement a global chat into the client so people can just talk to each other and tilt alot.
