So, how does the IRB handle Tribunal Experiments?

I was just thinking about it the other day and haven't come up with an answer. Lyte can clearly and easily publish the data from League as actual scientific data for the social psychology community to pour over. He had to get that data by doing something involving humans. The IRB regulates ethics involved with human experiments/activities for science.

How would they judge a League experiment to be unethical? You can't really sue someone over scamming you out of your blue phat, but scamming is unethical nonetheless.
