Shoutcasting

What does it take to be a shout caster? That job looks like a lot of fun. I suck at playing the game but I am always watching the pros and constantly reading about champion details and item builds, so I'm one of those guys who mentally knows but can't actually execute it. And I'm very excitable about pro games, it sounds like something I really want to be involved in.
