Better NA servers for east coast please !

I would like to ask why we don't have an NA server in the east coast. The west coast gets to enjoy 40 ping, which is extremely low in my case, while the east coast has a lot higher ping. When my ping is at its best, it's at 95-105, and I have good Internet. But for the past few days for several games I've had ping from 250-2000 moving very quickly up and down and so basically in game I have no clue what's going on and I end up dead. I'm sure the average of all east coast players is about the same ping as mine but west coast players never have bad ping and when it's bad it goes up to my regular ping which is about 100. I would love to see my ping drop down and end my lag. Thanks.
