Is it worth Turning off Mouse ACCeleration

Always played this game with around 70 in game sensitivity ,1800 DPI , 8/10 windows sens and mouse acceleration on. If i want to get to the top level mechanics (accurate precise + instatnt mouse movements) is this change necessary? it almost seem like it does, looking at all the challengers/pros. Not trying to be mean but i'd like to hear some advises from high Elo players

Tbh find a setting and get used to it. 0.001 seconds isn't that much of a difference.
