I have 3150 IP.

I want to buy Mordekaiser to test his OPness especially his ghost dragon and new Q damage.
Kassadin because of his particle effects like his Force Pulse - but I'm super bad with him.
Corki's particle effects! But I'm a terrible ADC and I have an annoying occasionally laggy computer so won't be able to enjoy them.
Save-up to buy Nocturne since I wanted to start maining him!
Save-up to buy Vel'koz or Zed??

Save up to buy Quinn, or Malphite, Mage.

Malphite , if you build even only a rylai's for AP, hurts. MORE SO if you build him like I do, and apply a shiitake load of pressure in the lane you're in, preferably bottom.

Quinn is a surprisingly powerful pick! A lot of people forgot she existed, even, not sure how that happened. I personally like to play her top lane, as she could really REALLY bring on pain to meta close-range enemy champs, such as Darius or Riven . Just E away when they use a gap-closer after pew-pewing them with passive. A lot. During laning phase.
