Teliyah looks average

Her passive looks fun, TOPH STYLE, q, awesome looking!, w leaves something to be desired, but her e is where she shines imo, anyone dashing through there will set off her boulders immediately, bye bye yi, bye bye blitz, etc., her ult is... AS's E? Ok then. She looks awesome in animation, her dmg seems to be good, but her actual kit just faslls sort of flat, because tbh her q may be original, but her w is a weak more manipulative poppy ult, her e is a larger poppy q, and her ult is Aurelion's E... Even her passive is just a standard speed up mechanic, they basically meshed a bunch of champs, reskinned it, and made her... She still looks really fun though! If she gets a metal bender skin I'd buy her in no time flat.
