Garen's Crit Animation.

Back then, Garen used to spawn Mini Swords over the head of his enemies when he lands a critical strike with his Decisive Strike or during his Judgment ticks.

After the Visual Update, there's no such animations anymore. Or have I simply not noticed it? Can someone help me out?
