Refund ideas? Upvote yo c:

YO RIOT AND PEEPS, So i been one of those unlucky ones who doesn't have refunds left and i saw that the topix was popular so thought why not post something myself. So below i have written a couple of ideas and would like to know what u think, thanks ! c: Sooner or later you will release the champion mastery level chest thingy and i thought what if one of the disenchanting rewards could be a pack of refunds (1 or 3?) And another idea would be a PERMANENT REFUND ,BUT you would not get 100% of the price back. Let's say you bought Bard for 6300ip and refunded him. you would get back 5000-6000 ip? (depends on the champ or skin) or you bought Snowday bard and wanted to refund him (don't think anyone would do that cause the skin is awesome) The skin was 1350 rp but you would get back 1000-1250rp? (let riot or us choose :D) That's pretty much it for now maybe ill visit this later to see what reactions and what people think about these ideas. Thanks for reading (upvote c: )
