Why?

Because NONE OF YOUR FUCKING TURRETS, MINIONS LOADED ON THE FUCKING SCREEN AND NO ONE COULD FF WE ALL HAD TO LEAVE AND WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO PLAY AGAIN..... But of course it's our computer/internet right?

I'm looking at OP's match history and it doesn't look like they've had any matches with this glitch in it.

Basically OP is a liar as far as I can tell.

You need or be AFK in considerate amount of games or leave them before Riot puts you in low-priority queue. It's tragic and unfortunate for you to suffer from this however, due to a bug this game has.

Send a support ticket explaining your reasoning and they will probably lift your punishment. Next time if you see this bug reappear, ask your team or the enemy team to surrender. It's the only way to end the game without punishments.
