What is up with comcast....seriously

At about 10 minutes into the game I got a semi permanent spike of 1k ping (semi permanent - It went down as low as 450 once and could spike down to 800) WTF 1k constant ping!? thats insane! whats the deal with comcast it thorttles more than blackholes spit out in a quasar

My ping has actually not kidding here, gone over nine thousand I'll put a pic of over 9k ping in when I capture in on film cus its rather hard when the lag is that massive
