Chat History for Champ Select

As someone who plays League on a medium end PC, my client is always fairly slow when it comes to champ select. I either join late or I join early but on my screen, it's just black for a few seconds. And this creates an issue where obviously, I can't see where people have called (or if they called at all because people just love locking in without telling their teammates where they're going). Anyways, I think it'd be a great idea for the new client to add some sort of chat history in champion select. Not only would it save the time of people asking or guessing, it'd just be a convenient tool to have. Obviously people with good PCs don't have this problem but not everyone has that ury.

PS - I know there is some sort of a chat history, but if you join late obviously it's pretty much non existent.
