Anyone having trouble with Twitch.tv????

I dont know why but starting 30 minutes ago, no matter whos channel i go to it just turns all black screen with the word "advertisement" in the top left corner and just stays like that. If i refresh i see the stream for like 4 seconds and then it just goes black again. I have even restarted computer and it still does it.
