Is it even possible..

..to acquire Black Alistar anymore? I know he was a limited edition pre-order skin, but that's not my question. In the past, there were ways of either buying a skin code (against the rules to my knowledge) or trading somebody's skin for RP through a Riot employee (not against the rules to my knowledge). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Riot disabled all old skin codes, which makes option 1 impossible. Is option 2 still a possibility, or did Riot stop managing these trade situations as well? I would kill for the Black Alistar skin.
