Ranked Champion Select: Team Vote to kick uncommunicative teammate or troll

Hope i posted this in the correct area this time.

During a ranked champion select, everything is going fine, people are calling their lanes..except this one guy that has said nothing, and would not talk to us or change for a smite. Now we would of had an improper jungler and would of risked the whole team to possibly lose LP because of one person. Sound familiar?

What i suggest is that during ranked champion select, there should be an option to vote to kick someone out. Getting kicked in this sense would be the equivalent of leaving, therefore, the person who is not communicating would be the only one to lose LP and not the entire team for a bad composition due to a unresponsive teammate.

Now how many votes to successfully kick the player out? Originally i thought the normal surrender count of 4. But then i remembered that ranked has a single and duo queue. What if the unresponsive or troll player was duo queued? it would be a vote of 3/1 and not enough to kick the player. So instead of a vote of 4, it will be a vote of 3. Lets assume its 2 duo and a solo queue. If the solo is the problem, it will be easy to kick and save the rest of the players some LP. If its one of the duo, then with the 3 other players that are not queued with the player who is being considered getting kicked, it will be enough to succeed.

One more thing which is a concern that should be addressed. Can this be abused? I am not gonna lie, it can be. But that is if everyone just plain out want people to lose LP for no reason, and this being a "team" vote against a person that IS doing something against the good of the team. In the above example if the random 2 duos decide for no good reason other than to make this person lose LP then unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. Lets explore this a little. 4 random people, all agree to randomly kick a player out. Now I'd like to think the people who play league can be reasonable and good people, but we need to consider the ELO hell. Now if one of the duo queue is being randomly kicked, lets assume the other duo already voted yes so that's a 2/1 (the one being the duo queue's partner) that still has a chance that the vote can fail if the solo queue votes no. Again its assuming league players are reasonable and good people.

With all that said, I think this will help a lot of people, and make the ranked experience a little less irritating and frustrating. I believe i covered "The Good" and "The Bad" side of this idea. If i missed any other Good or Bad, please let me know, because this is a POSSIBLE solution to a very big problem.

I can't tell you how many times I've gotten screwed by the player that doesn't say a single word. All of a sudden when we need a jungler, they lock in Cassiopeia with ignite and flash.

I will say one thing i learned, dodging is not the worst thing in the world. Would you rather lose 3 lp or 15-20? Also think what is 20 minutes compared to your overall league life. They give you the option to dodge and it is very useful!

Just dodge bro. Stop giving more tools to troll people. 3lp isn't that much and 5min to wait isn't either
