Where is Our special Christmas Event Riot?

Hello League community, hope were all doing well. I am a plat 5 N.A support and jungle main who happens to have a few concerns and questions. Why is it, that although N.A was the first server to open, it's the founding stone of the League community, yet, this Snowflake event the Garena website is providing for the East-Asian server is ridiculous. I'd like to know why riot hasn't partnered with ESL or something and create a similar type of event for the different holiday seasons. Anyone agree, disagree?
