[Suggestion] A warning when ignoring people in game

I was trying to ingore a specific teammate, but accidently ignored a friend of mine... I immedietly clicked the ignore button again, but once we got out of the game I had to re-add him. This can easily be avoided by adding a "Are you sure you want to ignore [ Summoner name here]. Im also unable to gift him for two weeks when I was going to give him something. Not a Huge gameplay change or anything... just another Quality of Life update.
