How i believe bard can be improved

*warning text block incoming I was playing as jayce earlier then i when he blast/gate and saw the interactions he has with the ability which made me think.My god that would be an improvement on bard making his q travel through the gate which now bard can now have long range initiations and be quick about. now 1 could say the a q traveling through the gate would be strong long range initiation that is fast so I would recommend that bards q would benefit half of speed of gate boost so a max portal normally providing a 50% speed boost will only improve it by 25% Also make the object traveling blue to differ it from people. Now the question would be either A bard's portal goes from terrain to terrain would that make it it leaves the portal and hits one would that person be stun or b it still needs to hit 2 people/objects not portal
