It's hard climbing out of low ELO as a support. The likelihood of getting a good ADC the two or three games in a row that you need to make meaningful progress is pretty rare and that is assuming acceptable conditions elsewhere on the map. The enemy team is just as likely to feed as yours is, though,making the whole experience feel like matchmaking picks the winner.
