There are some things I wish Riot would do, not talking about champion balance though.

Just got done on the PBE buying only teir 3 Runes. So far, its over 200,000 IP in costs. I couldn't believe it. And for some reason, it won't let me buy the last three small sets. (About 200-800 a piece.)

Putting that together with the amount needed to get all the champions, I'm a little sad that Riot hasn't done one thing I wish they would've done by now. They should allow people playing from Season 1 to where ever they are in LoL, who have gained everything LoL has to offer for IP, to be allowed to gift IP (to pretty much how much they want to give) to said friends. So many people on here hate that they have 100,000 IP and have everything, and then there are those new players who will never even get a full champion roster.

Also, with the loss of Dominion, why is it Riot is still putting in more reasons to play Summoner's Rift over any other mode? You see, Riot is about to release the Mystery Chest system, and the only real way to get one is for you or a teammate to get a S rank after a game is finished... Why is it that Champion Mastery is still only for Summoner's Rift? Twisted Treeline is basically another way to play Summoner's Rift, so why is it taking so long to put it into Twisted Treeline? And many ARAM players also wonder the same thing. They act like its because Dominion wasn't played primarily due to its "lack in fun" but I believe that there was no real incentive to play it. I wanted to get Champion Mastery for a long while, and I liked playing Team Builder. When TB left, I was about to head to Dominion and stay there... Well, not now. I wouldn't be able to stop tears falling down my face if I ever got deep into Dominion right now and then it just went away. (Also, still no incentive, even though I would had loved the icon.)

Those are the things I wish Riot would do.
