Top Played Champions [Best Played Champions]

I want to start with the new update "Top Played Champions"; As I understand this is levelling up a champion to a certain level and all we need to do is playing this champion until the highest level. 1 week, 1 month or 1 year doesn't matter at the end all of us will reach the highest level of a champion. Then we all will work on levelling up other champions maybe. I have an idead similar to this but a bit different that will be more useful "i guess" for other players and ourselves.

"Best Played Champions" marks...

Let me explain this way shortly; It's similar to Division but kinda Champion Division.

As an example "Lee Sin" play gives you points at the end of your game for "Lee Sin" and "S-A-B-C-D" profession levels ( can be made as S1-S2-S3-S4-S5 / A1-A2-A3-A4-A5 / B1.......) will show your profession on Lee Sin. But will work same as Divisions. You get points, you lose points aswell. 1 st game you get S1 avarage 2nd game u get D5 avarage your profession on this champion will be C3 for example... Of course the calculation won't be this simple. Kinda "Champion Elo".

So people can see how professional a player is on a champion. Because i think 2 years later everybody will have a hundred max level top played champion and this won't be a criteria for other players to see how professional or rookie at this champion.
