System for donating IP?
I see this as a GREAT idea, i have MULTIPLE friends like this. Seeing as how it would hurt Rito's precious income, i thought up a few rules.

Only a maximum of 1k-2k IP can be donated at one time

Players can only receive an IP gift one every month or so.

The IP can be refunded by the donor after being gifted. If the person who received the IP has made a purchase with the gifted amount (I.E. Runes or a Champ with cost below the donated amount), only the amount left after the purchase can be refunded. This way, someone who accidentally donated can easily retrieve their IP, or re-claim it to make a purchase of their own.

During the process of step 3, the donation timer will be reset, but if IP was spent before the retrieval, the next donation to the original donator can be gifted slightly earlier (1-2 days or so), and for a slightly larger amount (the original donation limit, plus the amount the donatee spent before IP was re-taken). This way, the system can be adjusted for people to help their friends aquire new Runes or save up for new Champs, without being able to find a shortcut for duplicating IP.

IP that was gifted will fall under a different collection category that IP that you have earned yourself. Items that you want to purchase with FIP (My new anagram for Friend's IP) will cost a slightly larger amount than IP you have earned, that way it is not entirely getting everything from friends alone. Example:
, a champion that costs 4800 IP, will cost 5300 FIP, and a Rune that costs 205 IP will cost 505 FIP. I tried to give +500 FIP to Champ purchases and +300 FIP to Rune purchases, so that i could try to make it a bit even and not as easy for players to farm off of everything with FIP.
If i had made any flaws in the system, please let me know. I tried to design this system for convenience to all players, while trying to block out any shortcuts to duplicating IP and redeeming FIP for everything at the same price. This system was MADE for equality, both to players and to Riot, and on a slight system of trust and honesty (something we need more of in the toxicity of this community).
